It is EELISA’s (European Engineering Learning Innovation and Science Alliance) goal to extend higher education in EELISA institutions from teaching and learning to the proposal of solutions to current socio-technial challenges.

What are EELISA communities?
Within EELISA Communites students, researchers, faculty and staff members from all institutions as well as alumni and external stakeholder are jointly active to solve their mission. The EELISA Community platform provides a pivotal environment and central tool to create EELISA ecosystems.

On this platform, all EELISA Communities can promote their mission and communicate, coordinate and disseminate their educational, research and third mission activities.

How can I be a part of EELISA Communities?

Step 1:
Sign-Up

First, sign-up with your local univsersity credentials or as a new member. Logged in you can create your EELISA profile

    Step 2:
    Find your community

    Once you are registered and logged in you can find like-minded people to interact with in the Community section. Go ahead and find your crew!

    • filter by using keywords in your search
    • browse communities in the overview

    Step 3:
    Be part of activities

    Take your participation to the next level. Within the communites you will find activities to be a part of.

    • Activities range from summer schools, conferences to challenges and social events
    • Earn credentials & badges for your participation in activites

    Registration as an EELISA community

    Create

    Based on your proposal, the EELISA team will set up your first basic EELISA Community page.

    Afterwards, you will receive editing rights to your EELISA Community and you can find a basic instructions manual here

    Manage

    As a Community leader your duties include:

    • check and publish new activities
    • create and organize new activities
    • spread the word about your community and ongoing activities (the EELISA Communication Office is happy to help: communication@eelisa.eu)

    • Starting and ending date
    • linked EELISA community
    • Target group
    • Teaching mode

    When is an activity suitable for EELISA:

    • Provided in english
    • SDG-related
    • Ideally in collaboration with an EELISA partner university.

    How to get funding:

    • EELISA publishes joint calls regularly. Stay informed with News & Events – EELISA
